Fans of formidable wordplay on grittier beats should find this body of work by E Murda and Maverick Magadino to be elite by every means of the word. Connecticut has not only a new star with E Murda but also someone who is a potential beacon of hope that can become a icon for his home state.
E Murda’s pen is special and throughout this body of work it shines through some of the best lyrics I have heard this year. The hard hitting production assists the punchlines in one of the coldest manners on wax in the year 2024.
A few favorites of mine include “Stay Woke” featuring Ze, “Killers” featuring Goosebytheway, and “Fifth Gear” featuring Conway The Machine & Young Rosey. Overall this project is a quality experience which you can check out below.
